”We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room.
The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up.

”Checkin process too long but it may be system operational problem not staff. No proper classification folder or etc. staff need to find pre-print papers and room card by hand (one by one). There were two guests before me, so checkin for me costs 15 mins roughly.
Room spacious, WiFi fast, hot water 24h, bathroom clean. Recommended and will re-visit. Bus stops around, easy access to the city centre. Supermarket just downstairs. Super convenient.”
