”Room was clean, staff was very courteous, the room was quiet, and location was excellent. Would highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay near Lake Wallenpaupack. ”

”Breakfast was basic. The tap in the bathroom leaked all over and the toilet was dirty. The water had black specks in it. Old outdated overall.”

”Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry.”

”This was our 3rd time staying here. The place kinda look run down. We were situated on the 1st floor and really didn’t like it one bit. The room has this musty smell and the bathroom was a bit small. I think they have a new owner and staffs were not as friendly as it was. Overall, it was ok. ”

”The smell in the hotel was terrible, the pool was not in service and they didn't tell us before we arrived. They give you a 15 minute window to tell them you don't want to stay and did NOT tell us the pool wasn't open. They sent us to a room that was at the other end of the building so we went over our 15 minutes and after 30 minutes demanded a refund. They would not let us talk to a manager and would only refund us one day stay. They also took 100.00 when we checked in for what I don't remember...

”My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. ”

”First impressions friendly stuff, beautiful place , clean rooms, nice view ,breakfast was made by order and delicious, nice pool and hot tub . Great location love it 👍 plenty of things to do around.they make you feel like right at home 🏠 ”
