”Definitely would book again. Host answered our questions right away about the AC which worked great and was a must seeing how the outside temperature was 110*f degrees outside. Spacious rooms, living room can use an upgrade on couches but still good. One shower had very low water pressure and the other shower you had to tweak with a bit but it is an older house so it’s understandable. ”Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. We were moving our child into Chico State dorms so didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities outside (plus it was HOT!), but the couch was perfect for the relaxation we needed! Bed was very comfortable and we just generally had a really great stay! Hope to come back at some point!”

The air conditioning and pool were just perfect for our arrival in the heat of August. The location was convenient, with a grocery store within a mile, and we walked to a couple restaurants and drug store. Also across the street was access to a park with walking trail. ”
