”Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return ”

”Ik heb genoten van Vakantiec .met plezier met mijn familie.”

”This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package. The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia ”

”Excelente hotel todos muy amables , muy recomendable”

”The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”

”Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. The hotel was impeccable and since the moment we got there the staff was helpful. Digital keys are always hassle free. Room had everything we needed and more. Hotel has only a couple spots for parking if you have a car but only a block away there is a parking garage which had really great service. Also around the corner there is a great...

”I was pleasantly surprised. The room was larger than expected and clean. Has a lot amenities, especially a background! And I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!”

”Die Lage für Heraklion ist super, kurzer Weg ans Wasser und zu den Geschäften. Schön eingerichtet und sauber, man muss nur wissen dass es keinen Aufzug gibt:)”

”Great location!”

”Moderne en vooral schone studio waar aan echt elk detail is gedacht. Zelfs een wasmachine is aanwezig. Snachts weinig geluiden. Supermarkt om de hoek en winkels vlakbij.”

”Lovely”

”Kaikki oli erinomaisesti.”

”The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...
