First thing, the property was nothing like it was depicted on line. It was further from Manhattan than I anticipated. Although the lobby area had apparently been upgraded, other areas needed to be addressed. The dining area seats were stained, the walls in my room had obvious signs of wall damage and were improperly repaired. There were 3 small square patches of matching wall paper to apparently conceal holes from a removed picture as well as a 3 foot square of replacement wallpaper covering another apparent damaged part of the wall. The security latch on my room door was useless because the door was able to be opened while the latch was in place and it was obvious that it had been like that for some time due to the scratch marks it caused on the door. The AC/Heating unit made a continuous dripping noise throughout the night. The rooms don't have microwaves. I really don't think it was worth the $221.00 I was charged for a one night stay. The free breakfast was very limited in comparison to the cost of the stay, it only included two ready made hot items, scrambled eggs and pork sausage. If you are a vegan, vegetarian or someone who doesn't eat pork like my son and me, your choices
were limited. Perhaps a turkey based meat could be considered as well.
