”We tried calling because our flight got cancelled due to mechanical issues, so we needed to cancel the stay and get a refund. They said someone would call us within 24 hours. We never got a call. I tried calling again, they said the manager wasn't in, but once again, someone would call us back. Never did. I paid for a hotel we never stayed in, and then was ignored by management when trying to get the stressful situation dealt with. Will not be booking with them in the future.”

”Our flight arrived very late. The staff were very responsive for getting us check in info. I was really bummed we basically only got to crash here because it’s a very cool hotel with retro decor and comfortable rooms. I had a great sleep before heading toward Glacier.”

”The location is convenient to the interstate. A Subway and a McDonald's were nearby. Parking was easy. The property is not in the best condition: rundown and in need of some TLC. The mattress and box springs were stained. There were no glasses or cups in the room for water. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, juice, and coffee. No fresh fruit or bread of any kind. The staff was very nice.”
