”Superb venue only one complaint our room had an extractor fan outside window presume for either kitchen or air con which didn’t switch off all night - humming away which was annoying, did mention to staff member who said would take up with owner, no contact from them as yet”

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”The food in the restaurant was very good-nicely cooked. The room upgrade was very good too, with views over Bute Park. What was not so good was having to shower in the bath-no walk-in shower..very tricky for an 80 year old like myself..we had tried for a disabled room, but none were available for both the nights we were there. I think one should be warned about this-outdated and unexpected.”

”Didn't think much staff were not very helpful l, carpet innthe room was not only dirty but a massive crease running down last the middle, doors kept slamming shut all night which kept me awake. Bed was ok and shops were close by”

Ei hissiä, kuuluvuus käytävästä ja naapurihuoneista liian hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, aamiainen hyvin perinteinen englantilainen. Ei siis vihanneksia, vain raskasta ruokaa. Sijainti oli hyvä, helppo kulkea, eri paikkoihin ”
