”The rooms lacked a microwave and a coffee machine, although coffee and tea was provided in the lobby area 24/7; having a coffee machine in the room would be nice. The rooms were decent sized but what surprised me was that the bathroom had no exhaust vent to let the steam out.The breakfast was pretty good. In summary, I would call it good for the accessibility to the city in terms of travel time but not a luxury property”

”Everything about our stay was lovely with the exception of our bathroom that needed a little love. This is not our first stay at this hotel and every other room we’ve had has been perfect so I think it’s just this one room that needs a little refresh of it’s bathroom. Still highly recommend this hotel.”

”The room was clean, that's about it. I was supposed to get a $20 voucher, and I had to go to the front desk the next day to get it. We paid for a premium room, yet our TV didn't work. I called and went down to the front desk many times, but it never got fixed. Also - the restaurant hours are not posted anywhere, so every time I tried to go get food, it was closed.”

”Character hotel with no lifts and lots of stairs. Very quiet and bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff responded to requests promptly. Great location, 2 blocks from the Metro that takes you everywhere touristy, including the Bell Centre. Could use a coat of paint and a bit of wall patching in the room. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, very good value for the price.”

”Hotelli oli loistava ja palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Ainoa negatiivinen kokemus jäi huoneen lämmöstä: ensimmäisenä yönä huoneessa oli todella kylmä, kun taas seuraavina öinä huoneessa oli jo liian lämmin. Yritin pattereita säädellä, muttei se toiminut (olisi pitänyt varmasti kysyä vastaanotosta apua). Tämä ei haitannut matkaani paljoa, vaan kaiken kaikkiaan minulle jäi loistava kokemus tästä hotellista!”

”The area felt safe and walkable with plenty of food options close by. The laundry was very convenient and the laundry area was tidy. The facilities were in need of several minor repairs, but overall, nothing felt unsafe or unsanitary. As long as my $200 deposit is refunded in a timely manner, I would consider staying again.”

”There’s some positive and negative things about this hotel. The staff (especially in the reception) are friendly and helpful. The location is great with metro, bus terminal and the village with restaurants and nightlife just around the corner and even the old city and place des arte within walking distance. The room is quite compact and has the basic amenities but would need some updating (carpets look old, tiles broken). You can hear everything from the corridor but luckily it was quite...
