”Todella hyvällä paikalla oleva hotelli, joka on noin 20 min kävelyn matkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Kun kävelee hotellille, niin näkee paljon ”kylästä”.
Todella siisti hotelli vaikka näkee, että kilometrejä takana.
Negatiivinen asia mikä täytyy sanoa, että varsinkin wc:tä käytettäessä äänieristys on surkea. Se ei sinänsä haittaa, koska päivärytmi tuntui kaikilla olevan samanlainen eli 10-12 nukkuun ja 7:30-10 ylös.
Siisteys ja henkilökunnan ammattitaito ovat tämän hotellin vahvuudet.

”We stayed in this hotel for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. First we got a room facing the street but were then suddenly removed into a freshly decorated room with a balcony facing the pool area and that was really nice! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious (especially the home made gnocchi!). The hotel is located only about 200 meters from the lake in a calm area. If you're not looking for anything too luxurious and prefer a cosy...

"We had an amazing visit! Luckily, the staff called us in advance to double-check whether we had noticed that the apartment was located in a separate building – we hadn’t, so we really appreciated the heads-up. Our room was upgraded to a spacious one, which was absolutely gorgeous – two floors with a beautiful view over the castle and the river. Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and kind, and the location was very convenient for visiting the Verona Arena, yet situated on the calmer side of the city center. We warmly recommend this place!"
"Hotelli hyvä majoituspaikka erityisesti Gardalandissa vieraileville perheille. Kätevä non-stop bussikyyti hotellin ja puiston välillä oli todella kätevä."
"For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics.
At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros.
I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy.
The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything.
Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice."
"Ensimmäinen huone haisi pahalle ja tunkkaiselle. Yhden yön jälkeen hajun syyksi myodostui pissa sängyssä. Saimme uuden huoneen joka oli puhdas. Vaikka pissa ei tietenkään ole hotellin vika, ja saatiin uusi huone (pienepi kuin alkuperäinen), niin kyllä siivoojan olisi pitänyt huomata ajoissa."

"Hotelli hienolla paikalla. Hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta palvelevaa. Yleisten tilojen kunto on hyvä, hotellihuoneen perustasoa. Autolla saapuvien tulee jättää auto kauemmaksi parkkiin. Vartioidusta parkista kuitenkin järjestetty säännöllinen kuljetus hotellille. Parkki ei kuulu hotelliyön hintaan vaan maksaa erikseen 16€ per yö."
