”I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”

”Oh my God this was the worst, could not lock the inside, and check out is at 11. I was taking a shower and one guy walked into my room and began taking my stuff. I heard the commotion and was getting dressed when he and some other man barraged into my room!!!! It wasn't even 10 yet!!!!! The police were called but obviously my stuff was not returned. Moneys gonna my valuables are gone. I'm so not Happy because usually this doesn't happen but wow”
