”All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls...

”Amazing breakfast! Room/suite was comfortable and clean. Bed nice with great linens. AC worked well! Staff were helpful and friendly. Arrived too late to try bar next door but will save that for next trip. Arvon is a block from downtown and there’s many restaurants and sights to see. Parking is secure and nearby. A historic gem!”

”Great location it wasn’t informed that there was construction right outside our window, including a pile driver. I would not have stayed there if I had known.”

”Our new favorite hotel in Great Falls, MT...actually, in the world! It's got such authentic retro charm. Our room was newly renovated, but in 1950's style, including a vinyl record player! The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet.”

”Clean property and a wonderful breakfast! Just a little bit of a nuisance was there were no bars of soap available and had to use the mounted body wash in the shower to wash hands in the sink. Was told they no longer carry soap bars. Other than that the location can’t be beat!”

”Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

”Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.”

”We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.”

”The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”

”Stayed 3 nights. Reported door didn't latch first morning. Said it was fixed, but wasn't. I figured how to move the door plate around to get it to latch. Never got clean towels or garbage taken out the entire time. But on morning of check out house keeping was banging on the door at 930am wanting to know if we were getting a late check out. Check out wasn't until 11am.”

”This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. When I walked into the room it appeared to be clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat on. I immediately left and found another hotel that was more...

”I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”
