Conveniently located
Reception is in the second floor, and we were welcomed warmly. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, you have to order it the day before. Breakfast room is adjacent to the reception. Rooms we had were very spacious with views to the street. Bathrooms are small but functional. Metro station (Pereire) literally just around the corner ! If you don’t enjoy big city bustle and noise, this hotel is not for you.

If you’re looking to stay in a hotel that is close to Champs Elyse this is a good option. The neighborhood is very safe, clean, and convenient. Rooms are big compared to the regular hotels in Paris and cleanliness was always on top. I would suggest Avama if you’re looking for a convenient place without staying either too far or in the chaotic touristy areas.

Lovely friendly helpful gem
Perfect. Super friendly helpful and flexible staff. Very nice and clean room with everything you need. Apparently 3 star hotel but 5 star service and oncanmotnthink of anything aore expensive hotel could have done any better. O will return and highly recommend it.

Atencion excelente. Facil acceso en transporte. El barrio hermoso. Super cerca del metro y varias paradas de buses. A 20 a pie del arco del triunfo. Punto a mejorar no dan productos de aseo en el hotel, como jabon etc. Super pequeño, pero para lo requerido cumple con el proposito. Lo recomiendo si viajas por primerq vez. Volveria

For the price the Hotel was worth it. The area surrounding was nice and quiet. Close to some attractions like the arc de triumph, however will need public transport for the other sites. The hotel itself was good, bed was comfy enough with a decent size room. Room overlooked the street and once you closed the windows you could hardly hear anything from outside. Only issues would be, no lift from ground to reception and the lift provided after that was very small. Wasn’t an issue for us but some people may not like that. Also the shower was very awkward to get in and out off, had to be very careful not to slip. Overall I’d recommend if the shower isn’t an issue

Really charming hotel. Everything about it was great. The metro was right out the front door and the hotel was close to many sights, restaurants bars, shops and patisseries.

Litet rum.
Hotellet hade relativt bra läge. Hade enkelrum (business) som var väldigt litet. Badrummet likaså, kunde knappt vända mig. Det luktade våt hund i entrén och det var en stark doft av mögel i mitt rum. Tror jag hade otur men kommer inte bo där igen.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was right next to the metro station which made it so easy to travel around Paris. The hotel was clean and welcoming and the staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our room was great too and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Je suis encore surpris de voir des hôtels qui n'ont pas profité de la période covid pour rénover leurs logements... Expérience client pour l'accueil : catastrophique Chambre vétuste et faiblement équipée. Seule bonne note, 1 petite bouteille d'eau mise à disposition. Isolation phonique mauvaise. Bref ... à oublier

Don’t go!!!
A total disappointment. A price of a 5 star hotel- the worst staying ever had in a hotel!!! Cold water, nothing in the room, no Wardrobe, one Towel. Poor bed, No reception- in almost 600 dollars per night!!! Don’t go!

Hôtel typique parisien, belle chambre triple, personnel très serviable et agréable quartier très bien restau bar métro au pied de l hôtel adresse que je retiendrai pour un prochain séjour seul bémol le petit déj ou il y a le minimum mais bon il s agit d un petit hôtel donc on peux le comprendre

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel : très bon emplacement à côté d'un arrêt de métro, personnel très agréable, literie confortable. Les chambres sont petites mais bien agencées. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très garni mais le pain est excellent. Je conseille cet hôtel.

メトロとRERの駅が目の前で便利です。 大きなロータリーに面していますが、裏側の部屋で静かでした。 広くはありませんが、きちんと維持してあり、おじさんがとても気さくで感じの良い方です。

Excellent hotel would highly recommend!
Perfect place to stay if you are working or on holiday. The staff are very friendly with great recommendations for dinner in the area. Lovely area with lots of transport links and the rooms are always very clean!

Great stay, with a few inconveniences
The hotel is quaint and perfectly nice to enjoy Paris for several days. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean. I loved the big water bottles left in the room each night. The only negatives were a few minor things I noticed throughout my stay, more like inconveniences. My room did not have a long mirror, only the half mirror above the bathroom sink. There was only a combined shampoo/body wash, no conditioner. There was also no lotion and shower cap, but these might be standard in Paris for the # stars of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel and my stay there was really great.

Hôtel bien situé, juste à côté de la station de métro Péreire. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées mais du fait de l'emplacement de l'hôtel, il y a du bruit même pour une chambre sur cour. Chambre bien équipée. Personnel agréable

Super séjour. Service honorable. Personnel attentif et le sens dei service. Petit déjeuner qualitatif : croissants et pain au chocolat frais. Ça vaut le coup pour une fois. Seul hic, les chambres sur rues sont un peu bruyantes cet évidemment sur un boulevard parisien. Ce n’est pas redibitoire mais il faut le savoir.

Nice boutique hotel
This is a nice boutique hotel. The facilities are good and breakfast was included in my booking. I had the room right next to reception. As that's probably the busiest part of the hotel, I could sometimes hear people in the hall but not enough to be a distrubance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
