Epäsiisti ja pahanhajuinen majoitus
Saimme hotellihuoneen vasta klo.18.00 vaikka meille oli luvattu että saamme sen klo.15.00. Huone oli kuuma ja kostea, ja siellä haisi home. Patiolla ei voinut olla lainkaan koska siellä paha haju oli niin voimakas. Kylpyhuone/vessan lattia oli tehty pikkukivistä jotka irtoili lattiasta jalkojen alla. Siellä oli myös epäsiistiä ja koko huone kaipaisi päivitystä. 1 hengen vuode olikin nojatuolivuode ja vuodesohva oli epämukava nukkua. Parvella oli liian kuuma nukkua laisinkaan, vaikka ulkona oli viileä sää. En suosittele ainakaan Fruit of the loom -nimistä huonetta kenellekään.

Äänieristys hotellissa huono. Ei sovellu herkkäunisille eikä huonojalkaisille, sillä huoneet 5 kerroksessa ja kulku kapeita portaita pitkin. Hotellin sijainti hyvä, lyhyt matka metroon ja kiva alue myös iltaisin. Hotellissa oli remontti menossa (9/2018) joka vaikutti siisteyteen.

Great location, very quiet because of the inner court yard, friendly staff, dirty mattresses, pillows and couch. We saw a mouse coming from crack in the wall. There were also mice droppings under kitchenette sink and bathroom sink.

Kotoisa hotelli
Kiva hotelli kun valitsee hotellihuoneen huolella. Viimeksi kolmen hengen huoneessa leveä parisänky ja vuodesohva ja tilaa jäi vielä ruokapöydälle. Olin silloin enemmän kuin tyytyväinen. Nyt kolmen hengen huoneessa yläparvella yhden hengen sänky, parvi 60-70 cm korkea. Alakerta niin pieni että kun vuodesohva auki niin ruokapöytä ei mahdu. Kolmelle hengelle ruokapöytään yksi tuoli ja vuodesohva. Tämä huoneisto oli viidennessä kerroksessa. 90 rappua ja kapea rappukäytävä. Seuraavilla kerroilla ymmärrän valita huoneeni ja kerroksen huolella.

Adequate accommodation on a great location
Marais is the most intriguing part of Paris with it's own warm, artistic and youthful atmosphere. Les Patios du Marais is close to everything and very easy to reach. The charming river Seine is close, but don't forget to explore the neighborhood away from Seine as well! The hotel itself is modest and radiates the old Paris, a bit warn every here and there. At least our "family white" room was recently moderated and tidy, even though much smaller than the photos suggest - and the balcony is not suited for very big or clumsy people. The spare pillows were moist when we arrived but dried fast when taken out of their shelf. The spare sheet had permanent stains and even a couple of small holes so they would need to be updated. Other than that the room was most OK and the tiny kitchenette exceptionally well equipped. All in all - good value for the money.

Kotoisa hotelli
Hotelli oli kiva. Meitä oli kolme henkeä. Huoneistossa oli makuuhuone, olohuone, pieni ruokailunurkkaus ja pieni keittiö astioineen sekä oma kylppäri. Tilaa oli hyvin. Sisäpiha oli kuin puutarha. Kesällä varmasti kiva.

The location is perfect for exploring Paris. A pattisserie, a frmagerie, a boucherie are one minute away. Arts e metier metro station is a few minutes away Note that the apartment is VERY small. If you have two big suitecases and open them at once, there will be hard to find a place to step. And also you may have hard times hauling these suite cases up the narrow stairs.

An incredible location for food, walking, shopping, and the Metro. The property is pretty, and yes there are stairs to the rooms. My suite was small but very well designed with a comfortable bed, very functional bathroom and mini-kitchen. I highly recommend Patios & would return!

A very pleasant stay in this studio apartment in a good location in 3rd arondissement. Easy walk to Pompidou centre and notre dame. Lots of interesting little shops and bars nearby. Once through the main outer door a very tranquil little oasis in a busy neighbourhood

Property was mediocre at best. small rooms, dont wven get me started on the bathroom. Taking a daily shower was a challenge. Water pressure nil. Water temperature ice cold or piping hot. Definitely will NOT stay there again. Let alone recommend.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The host generally responded to inquiries quickly, and it was clean with good amenities. It was about 10 minute walk to Notre Dame, and 25 min walk to the Louvre or so. I would recommend. Having said that, if you're from North America and looking for a North American style hotel, this isn't it.

The location was a unique place to stay. We discovered quite a lot of mold in the bathroom and were honestly disappointed that we stayed there. It can sleep 4 people, but very tight. The beds were clean and comfy.

Getting there from CDG: Take the RER B and then walk 10-15 minutes. We got there at night and the area was popping with people eating and socializing. Getting to the room: Entrance is easy but be warned about the staircase. We were on the third floor and had to climb with the suitcases. That is fine, but the stairs themselves are half the width of a normal step, so there were many times I almost fell. My friend hated these stairs. The room itself: Very tiny but liveable. There's 2 tables to get ready or eat on, a tv, and the most compact bathroom/kitchen ever. You can't move in the shower because it is so small. All other amenities were fine, and I would've loved to use the washer if I had stayed longer. I would recommend this to young people or solo travelers because of it's proximity to Le Marais and the museums/Seine. You can also hear people in other apartments or if someone in the courtyard, but c'est la vie.

Property was overall in a quite and nice area. Walkable distance from both Notre-Dame and the Lourve. Only issue is the bathrooms are quite small. Took a bit of maneuvering to take a shower comfortable. Good for a trip where you only need a place to rest your head and refresh yourself for a long day of traveling around Paris.

We did not like not being advised that the tiny apartment was on the fifth ie the sixth floor, including the ground floor, with 100 steps of a circular stage. This was not good for my my seven-month pregnant wife.

The property was cute, the location was great and it was clean. I forgot about the first floor being the USA equivalent of the second floor so I had 4 flights of steep stairs instead of 3 which was a bummer for my back. The place was clean but you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Bathroom nessessities including using the toilet, bedroom goings on and hallway commotion...I got a dinner and a show whether i wanted it or not. But the location was great and it's Paris so you go with it all!

Our stay was 6 nights Pros: Location was very handy to the metro and the property was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Cons: cooktop did not work and we never heard back after reporting it. We also had evidence of a rodent - nibbled package/food as well as droppings.
