Very far to paris city center, bad neighborhood, they said room was ready when we get to the room the cleaner was still cleaning the room and we have to wait on the hall way. Other wise its ok.

Very nice place but far away
Very nice apartment, but in quite far away. Luckily near metro but still had to travel quite a bit to reach main places. Staff good, apartment very nice. Price great.

Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Hotelli huoneen kokolattiamatot tahraiset, jolloin tuli epäsiisti olo vaikka muuten huone siisti ja viihtyisä. Sanoi käytävän kokolattiamatot todella tahraiset.

Parken war gut. Grosses Familienzimmer. Freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an die metro und den Bus. Frühstück okay. Die Gegend ist grauenhaft. Ein markt gegenüber des hotels hat uns total abgeschreckt.

Das Hotel wird von sehr freundlichen Personen betrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Suite ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach für mehr als zwei Personen zu klein.

Staff was not addressing any queue on complaining he started taking guests from the queue. There were no enough coffee pods and water bottle was missed to be provided on the next day. Bit rude and unhelpful staff. Very weird location. Local market place and dirty ground in the night is the neighbourhood.

Déçu de Novotel
2 chambres réservées, l'une pour 2 personnes la seconde pour 3 personnes. Le troisième lit n'était pas prêt. Nous avons dû changer de chambre. Dans la chambre suivante le shampoing et le gel douche était vide, nécessité de se rendre a nouveau a l'accueil pour faire le plein de produits. Très difficile de trouver de la place pour prendre son petit déjeuner et ce peu importe les horaires. Le personnel de chambre était très bruyant dans les couloirs entre les cris et les chants. Nous n'avons pas été habitué à ça dans les établissements Novotel. En tout cas cela ne mérite pas 4 etoiles.

Hôtel and staff are really nice, breakfast is good, nothing to complain about the property. The area around the hotel is shady, and as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, you have to go hunting for a place where you will not end up regretting your dinner. But the hotel is clean, relatively soundproof and again the staff is really friendly.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien pour le rapport qualité/prix. Il y a un parking ce qui est très pratique. La zone par contre laisse à désirer. Pas très propre n'y très rassurante.

My husband and I stayed 4 night. We had an excellent experience. The room was large and could sleep 4. The staff extremely helpful providing explanations on how to get to the city in metro. Since it is located in a suburbs it takes about to 20-25 minutes in metro to most important monuments. The surrounding is quite dirty so we tried to arrive at night no later than 9:30 pm. We always had breast the hotel since we didn’t like restaurants around. We always had dinner in the city.

Fint hotel - kedelig beliggenhed
Fine værelser. Vi havde en ødelagt toiletbræt og en knirkende seng - det blev ordnet. Hotellet ligger i et lidt kedeligt kvarter, og turen fra metroen er desværre lidt utryg.

What an experience…. So before you book you need to take note that:- They don’t mention the parking charges when you book online (we booked through hotels.com) if you bring your own car it is €18 per day on top of your stay. You have no option as you wouldn’t risk leaving your car outside. You will pay tourist tax but this should be noted on your booking so this won’t be a shock. There is also a €50 damage waiver you have to pay (they pre charge your account on check in for this amount) on top of your booking price. Our room when we got in had a faulty bath, which to be fair to them, we reported it and they changed our rooms. I was worried that I had not mentioned this then we would have been billed. Drinks prices are around €8.50 a pint and €5 for a basic can of coke so it is worth bringing yourself. There is a very large supermarket next door for supplies. The rooms themselves aren’t too bad with a kitchenette and a bath and shower in the room. If you have a fire stick for English tv, these are compatible with the tv’s. The Wi-Fi is free which is also a bonus. The metro is a 10 min walk away which makes travelling around Paris rather easy. We had a bit of a drama with booking through hotels.com and they were extremely useless when we had a drama but eventually managed to sort it after going through so many different advisors. I personally won’t be booking this place again or booking through hotels.com.

We had no hot water day 2, day 3 of our stay. We had to call the reception on both days to get it fix. Day 2 they send a technician after 30 minutes and day 3 the technician did not even come. Besides, the walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel is terrible. The area is dirty with smell of piss. You feel unsafe walking to the station.

2ème séjour effectué dans cet hôtel, chambre très propre et confortable. Points négatif, pas d’oreiller pour le lit de mon fils et la salle du petit déjeuner n’est pas assez grande. Sinon c’était parfait

Supert hotell, men litt shabby nabolag.
Hotellet var veldig bra, mye folk med barn. Men området var litt mer på den shabbye siden, spesielt de dagene hvor det var marked på en parkeringsplass rett ved hotellet(søndager og mandager). Selv om det ikke skjedde oss noe som helst i de dagene vi var der, heller ei noen dårlige opplevelser, så ville jeg ikke sendt jenter ut alene etter at det var blitt mørkt.

Pleasant stay
Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel room was perfect for what we needed with lots of room. Good breakfast buffet. Really close to grocery store and close to Metro station (very convenient). Surrounding community is not high end and market across the street (Saturday-Monday) was very busy and somewhat concerning to navigate around/through. Only small concern with the actual hotel was the slow drain in the shower, but this did not affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
