”We had to cancel 2 nights stay at our Paris hotel due to protest. We booked this Holiday Inn CDG so we wouldn't miss our flight.

”Breakfast was a disaster. Coffee machins worked, everything else was out, unappealing or unappetizing - orange juice, eggs, bacon/ham?, toast (toaster only half worked and slowly). Eggs out of a carton and still wet. We just left and looked for breakfast elsewhere. I know that everyone arrived at the same time, but 40 people milling about trying to find something to eat is not good. Easily the worst hotel provided breakfast in 3 weeks.”

”Our room was comfortable and quiet. We arrived later in the evening and appreciated that the restaurant was open until 11. The airport shuttle is a great service and one of the reasons we selected this hotel. ”

”Very pleasant stay. On 4th floor. Easy access from Terminal 2 first by shuttletrain to T3 and then bus 93 from Roissy point @ pier B3 to bustop le Verge about 5 min ride.
Metro, blue line, to Paris leaves from where the bus and shuttle train stop. To go to Paris get a oneday ticket from the bus/shuttle/metro station.
The big Aeroville shoppingcenter is a 15 min walk from the hotel. From the hotel the footpath goes between the two car lanes starting by the roundabout. ”

”Große Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles in allem ordentlich. Nähe Flughafen und Messe, in Rossy en France gibt es mehrere kleine Restaurants, einen Bäcker und kleine Läden. Auf der anderen Straßen Seite befindet sich ein kleiner Park rund ums Rathaus und Versammlungscenter. Um die Ecke (Auto/Taxi) Aeroville sehr großes Shopping Center mit Hypermarkt und Foodcourt.
Wird 2x jährlich vom Team als Messe Hotel verwendet.”

”Great Staff service but the room card system might need some update. Sometimes the card can't use for door or elevator. You might need to ask the counter to redo. The service staff deserve more support from the management team.”

"I wanted to sleep a few hours before early morning flight home. Of the three CDG airport hotels I have stayed in, this is the cheapest and yet the coziest.
Very easy check in via self service. Clean and excellent condition in all areas, but this place lacks the formal business hotel dullness, common to more expensive rivals in the area. Nice staff, refreshing style of interiors, highly automated room. I will definitely go again if I need a place to stay there some day."
"As we (2+2) arrived 1800, the sofabed was not made. Not a big deal, I mentioned it at the reception (along with a temperature issue which was quickly fixed - user error) as we went out.
Two hours later the sofabed still wasn't made, and I asked for help for a second time. While waiting, we figured out how to open the bed and also found pillows from the cabin, but still needed bed sheets before the kids would get to sleep. After a while I went to reception for third time and asked only for sheets, which were quite soon delivered to our room - I was happy to make the bed myself.
The staff was very friendly and helpful handling the issue, but our first night wasn't very smooth.
After that, everything was very normal. The room was big and quite clean, but the building is getting old. Squeky floors etc. Breakfast was OK.
Have to mention a super-weird non-energy friendly practice: the rooms are provided with a blank extra key to be left at the key holder, to keep the lights on when nobody's home. I took the key out of holder as we left for a day, but the cleaner had put it back on, so it _is_ a house policy.
As a whole, OK value, but could've been great."
