”The house is private, modern and spacious with all of the necessary amenities and had a really well equipped kitchen for cooking in. There is a lovely little hiking trail just down the hill from the house and Harper's Ferry is not far and has countless outdoor activities- (including a brand new bungee jumping site) and lots of great place to eat.The River Country Store is even closer and is a great little stop to pick up food basics and gifts. ”Beautiful location, lovely house and kitchen, plenty of space. Would have appreciated a print out of the house and area information so everyone could easily review it and the lack of supplied firewood was a surprise to everyone.Nice hikes and parks nearby, a day at Harper's Ferry Park was really nice, thanks to the Governor of West Virginia the Welcome Center was staffed and so helpful.”
