”on arrival to the room you could smell the putrid smell of smoke. not like it was a one time occurrence. this room smells as it has been smoked in numerous times. i had to open the window and go to walmart to grab cleaning supplies. the toilet had urine stains on it. bathtub needed to be cleaned out. dead bugs around the dresser. towels felt moist. the room definitely needs a deep clean and an air purifier placed in there. the bed thankfully was clean. staff was very courteous and tried to help...
