”Overall, I had a fine stay”

”The microwave in our room did not work and I really needed to use it.”

”Laurie front desk was amazing I called before that we were late check in. She was so helpful and pleasant.”

”Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.”

”First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away.”

”Toilet didn't properly flush. No lock on the door Volume on tv didn't work. ”

”For my stay it eased me the staff was welcoming and explained where my room was it was easy to find no loud noises and pets are welcome”

”Nice place to stay. Appetizers and drinks at the bar were fantastic.”

”Check in was okay. Another guest interrupted things but you can't control that. Front desk agents were friendly. There was a man and woman working the desk and another employee/manager that was helping outside the front desk. Rooms need update. The light or light switch when we walked into the room didn't work. There was a lamp that the plug was broken, so couldn't use that. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Floor in the bathroom was a little slick. Like it had a coating on it. The bathroom...

”It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.”

”Room was clean but carpet is old and kind of icky feeling in bare feet, and room overall felt damp/humid. There is a setup for breakfast but nothing was ever out. Pool is not in service. Has potential to be a nice place, atrium is beautiful.”

”The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I will be booking there more often. Everything you need is within walking distance.”

”Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed”

”The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.”
