Welcome to our brand new remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the Ridgepoint community in Upper Deer Valley!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Nestled in the mountains in Upper Deer Valley, this beautifully remodeled home has all new furnishings and fittings and is fully equipped to provide you with everything you need for a great vacation. The most upgraded modern Ridgepoint townhome available in the rental market! This property boasts amazing surroundings up in the heart of the mountains and is a great spot for any mountain getaway. Whether you're skiing in the winter or biking and hiking in the summer you'll be impressed with the natural beauty and atmosphere that surrounds this home. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room comes with a queen bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over a full). The property includes a walk in sauna and and a hot tub, perfect for recovery after a long day of skiing. The Kitchen comes fully stocked and has all the amenities and culinary tools you'd expect to find.

Parking spaces are in the underground garage, additional outside parking in front of the town-home and the free complementary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk.

**LOCATION**
Located in upper deer valley, this property has prime access to skiing on Deer Valley Mountain. Elevated at just over 8,000 feet, you can ski-out your front door on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then the Success ski runs and finally to Snow Park Lodge. Note: These trails are low intermediate and not appropriate for beginners. On the way home, take the HomeStake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail and then it is a short five minute walk

Great location. Easy ski on from the front door and a short walk for ski off. Steam shower, sauna and hot tub all came in handy after a hard days skiing. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay in DV at this ski-out/almost ski-in property. The townhome is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor has a small entry (ski equipment closet outside the front door), and 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is first and has an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third has bunks (twin over queen). Two of the bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Access to the hot tub is through the bunk room sliding door. Very nice property

The condo has lots of nice things like sauna, steam shower, heated toilet seats, and hot tub. It was very quiet there and cozy inside and a less than five minute drive to Park City Main Street. My family of five had a great three day stay here.

Wonderful stay!

Definitely recommend this place! Everything was top notch. All the needed things were in the kitchen and hosts were wonderful. We stayed in and enjoyed the condo most nights and was great to cook and hangout. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Ridgepoint. Much of the condo has been updated and was clean. The decks badly need replacing and if you’re not going to have AC, please make sure that all of the windows are operable.

Well worth it

Property clean and had all the amenities. We stayed for skiing. Although it was ski on ski off, that option is geared more for a more skilled skier. However, parking at the base was easy. We did ski the last week Deer Valley was open so it was quieter.

Excellent spot for Deer Valley getaway

Clean, Contemporary, Easy, Enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. One point of clarity that is important: Ski-out access to Deer Valley means you must independently arrange for transportation back to the property after your day of skiing (you wont want to walk). Easy fix is to grab a quick Uber from the Silver Lake Lodge.

new furniture and flooring on main; great kitchen and good equipment. ; easy parking; friendly neighbors; easy walk to Steins; main bath in bedroom has no door; decks for summer not well maintained; some screens missing or broken, so not bothering winter guests but not pleasant for the summer. very clean except for under main bedroom; area rugs over carpet were tripping hazard; good communication with host; easy entry and lock system; small community outdoor pool and hot top nice for smaller children; hot tub on lower deck was fine but deck not clean or attractive and family did not use it; wood burning fire place we did not use, being too warm for summer; easy access to trails in upper Deer Valley

Good Location

We were a party of 5 adults. The good: the beds are comfy, the location is lovely, and the kitchen is very nice. The not great: the 2 bathrooms are both located downstairs with the bedrooms. The kitchen is located upstairs and there is a loft another level up that we never used. While this is not a big deal, it is inconvenient if you are upstairs cooking, watching tv etc. and there is no bathroom located on this main living floor. Not a deal breaker but awkward. The showers both need to be worked on as the hard water deposits has slowed the water flow significantly. Overall its a B+. The communication from the property management team was good and timely.

Winter wonderland house

Super cozy, yet fairly modern (and newly renovated) cottage-like townhouse in silver lake. We stayed for spring break and had a wonderful time being together, cozy on the couch (soft and mushy) with a fire and cooking yummy meals, after skiing all day. Enjoyed the hot tub. All bedrooms very comfy. Great location. Skiing in and out is a little tricky. Not for beginners. But fun for the advanced skier. We hope to be back.
