Designed for families and groups, this spacious property features multiple bunk rooms, a private hot tub, and access to community amenities, making it the perfect year-round getaway.

The Space

After a day on the slopes, gather in the cozy living area with a fireplace 🔥, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen 🍳, or soak in your private hot tub 🛁 under the stars. Two bunk rooms give everyone their own bed, while adults enjoy the privacy of a master suite and basement bedroom. Thoughtful mountain décor and a functional layout make it easy to relax and reconnect.

Getting Around

A car is recommended for maximum convenience 🚗. You’ll have two private driveway parking spaces, and with Canyons Village only 5 minutes away, getting to the lifts is quick and easy. The free Park City bus is nearby for access to Main Street, Deer Valley, and beyond.

Air Conditioning: Only the top level has A/C ❄️. Fans are provided for other areas, and cool mountain evenings help keep the home comfortable.

Bunk Rooms: Perfect for families and groups. Futon is best suited for children 👧👦.

Private Hot Tub: Open year-round 🛁. Please follow posted care guidelines.

Community Amenities: Pool open in summer, community hot tub available year-round.

Parking: Two driveway spaces included. No street parking permitted.

House Rules: Please observe HOA quiet hours, community rules, and no smoking.

Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
