Vain muutamia resort kokemuksia ainutlaatuinen kuin Sundance ja muutamia paikkoja, että voit viettää muutaman päivän, jotka ovat yhtä idyllinen kuin tämä asetus Sundance. Ruokaa aterian gourmet-keittiössä, kun et ole tuulella, jotta lyhyt kävelymatka metsässä pääset Sundance-hotellin erinomaisiin ravintoloihin.

2019 Uutiset. Viime vieressä oleva hytti oli tuhoutunut traagisesti. Talo on rakennettu uudelleen ja on nyt täysin suljettu. Talon sisällä tulee olemaan kauppoja lähikuukausina, joita arvioimme. Tämä koti on noin 100 metrin päässä meistä. Kun viimeistely on valmis, talo on rakenteilla, ja hiljaisella tiellä on muutama auto.

Tämän talon ainutlaatuiset edut: Elävää musiikkiesityksiä Sundance's Owl-baarissa, kun palo syttyy takahuoneeseen. Sunnuntai-brunssi Foundry Grillissa - varsinkin patio-päivillä, kun sää on hyvä. Sunrise pyörä kulkee vuorella, kun olet todennäköisesti kiinni hirvi tai peuroja joka käänteessä. Auringonlasku kulkee Stewart Fallsilta - kahden mailin päässä korkean vuoren niittyn kautta. Miksi omistaja valitsi Sundance: Perheemme osti tämän kotiin kotimme. Asuimme täällä upeassa vuosikymmenessä. Mutta kun perheemme ylitti talon, me vastasyntyneesti muutimme lähistöllä ja toivomme, että lomanviettäjät nauttivat talosta niin paljon kuin meilläkin.

Talon säännöt

No more than two (2) vehicles may be parked at the house or near the house. Any homeowner can have a vehicle towed if inappropriately parked.
No more than 6 people on the property at a time - INCLUDING VISITORS not staying overnight. Fire marshall, septic system, small lot, small house..
No outdoor noise after 10pm. It's tempting to sit in the hot tub at 1am cranking tunes. But the neighbors may ask the police to visit.

We had an amazing time at your wonderful house! Loved the proximity to Sundance and will miss terribly the sound of running water from the streams flowing throughout the property. The weather was excellent and would love to come back when the new Sauna has been completed. The hot tub and grill were just what we needed after fun filled days! Thank you David and family!

The Windows home is as magically beautiful as the photos. The open staircase design gives awesome views up 4 levels to the bedrooms all with large windows. The tall tree forests had changed to beautiful fall colors . It’s a real home with upscale kitchen, stocked cabinets, high brand equipment, comfortable seating in a spacious great room w/ entertainment system, magnificent beds (the master with private balcony), a deep jacuzzi, washer/dryer, and the entire house was “white glove” clean. The outside area w/hot tub was next to a natural flowing stream fed by a lake up in the high mountains. A rare ambiance with the constant stream running by the front of the house then further down the sloping backside.The location’s off a main highway up a short private drive with a few residential homes hidden by tree groves throughout the alcove. We marveled at the huge mountain view from the master bedroom windows. This was our first visit to Utah and felt like “camping in nature” inside a many windowed luxury home with scenic views from the great room up short stair sections to the top level’s treehouse perspective. Another bonus was the short trail walk from the house to the famous Sundance Mountain Ski Resort. The ski village has fine dining to deli, a gift shop and a mile long lift ride over the mountain ski runs before the snow. Host David, even met us on arrival to instruct us in managing the enhanced heating system!

This house was nothing like the pictures, the house was very old and worn, the kitchen was so cluttered in the cupboards and so small you can't open the fridge if you are sitting on the kitchen table.

Pictures look great from ten years ago. Clean and nice, much smaller than the pictures looked. Which is fine. But… we went to check in at 4:20 (20 minutes after check in) he was doing construction work on the house and we waited until 4:50 to check in). Sunday, to check out we were ten minutes late. He came in angry and upset that we were ten minutes late. It took us five more minutes to get out. He was mean and rude, yelling. Not as advertised. Pictures are old and outdated.

Great stay at Sundance

Our communication with the owner was great. This is lovely by the creek and close to activities in the resort. Our group took a fun hike to Stewart Falls and back. The AC was fabulous during some hot days.

Cozy, private, host thought of everything

The home is well maintained. We could tell the host put a lot of time and care into the details. The decor was perfect, beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Short walk to Sundance resort makes for a nice option if you want to get out for a bit but sitting on the patio is great too. Highly recommend for a few day getaway!

This is a one of a kind home. Easy to get to with a GPS and when turning off of the main road to get to the house it really feels like a mountain home. It's easy to see why a 4 wheel drive is recommended if there is snow. Very peaceful home surrounded by a beautiful setting. Very nice kitchen for cooking and outdoor grill. Plenty of beds which were firm but comfortable. A big jet tub and shower combo and another shower and toilet upstairs. Deck overlooking the stream. There are a few stairs that lead to the front door so be aware of that for carrying in bags. The host was very responsive. No problems at all. Some beautiful parks and walking trails in the area. Would definitely love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful cabin close to Sundance

My husband and I spent 10 days at this cabin in March. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Sundance (about 10 minutes) and to drive there when we wanted to ski and park at the upper lots. The cabin itself is beautiful and accommodated the 2 of us very well. The jacuzzi was great after skiing and Dave was a great host. We had some things that we needed when first moving in and he was very quick to oblige.

Wonderful Sundance Vacation Property

The location was wonderful. The Stream flowing through the property was relaxing. The hot tub was pleasant. The bedrooms were well furnished. This was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was responsive when we had a minor issue. They even offered to come to the property and fix it for us.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home

This was our first time staying at a VRBO home and we traveled from Hawaii so our 6 year old could experience snow, so we definitely felt out of our element. This beautiful home made us feel instantly at ease. The process from booking to communicating with the hosts to checkin and out was as smooth as can be, and we appreciate the responsiveness of our hosts. Most of all the cabin had everything we needed to have a comfortable, memorable experience. Logging into WiFi was seamless, instructions for the house were accessible and easy to understand, we loved playing board games and enjoyed the hot tub in the snowfall near the beautiful creek, and snuggling watching movies while also watching the snow fall outside the picture window was surreal and amazing. It’s clear the hosts take a lot of care to optimize our experience but mostly just love and care for their home. Washer dryer was a huge convenience because we always fear under packing. The couches and beds were soooo warm and cozy and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how much we truly enjoyed our experience, and my daughter cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay in Sundance. David was responsive and considerate. The house is just lovely. It's hard to truly appreciate the beauty of the property until you're sitting next to the stream. A quick two-minute drive to Sundance really helped us get to the mountain before the rush of traffic each morning.
