”The room was a little dated with torn carpets and signs of wear in the bathroom. The room was comfortable enough although there was noise outside late at night and early morning with staff emptying bins. The bar was good and outside seating areas were a nice addition. A half hour walk along the river takes you into the city.”

”If this property had air conditioning it would be perfect… We were brought a fan without issue, but had to “build” a place for it to sit to be effective due to the lack out outlets near the bed… Staff were helpful, wonderful location, accommodation comfortable… the addition of air conditioning would make it damn near perfect. ”Hotel is a true four star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, service professional and the breakfast was excellent, with superb apple juice and nice cheeses. There was also good parking just outside of the hotel. The only downside is the location, if you are not travelling by car. It is not close to city centre and there seems to be nothing but a freeway near by. In that sense it's more like a motel. We were driving, so it suited us well.”
