”Television is only streaming - I don't have streaming so I couldn't watch t.v. disappointing because I use it when I work while on vaca. Should let you know at beginning and I would have chosen differently. Ice machine broke - should have ice trays in room and would have been okay otherwise went to 7-11 and bought some. Air conditioning in bedroom is very loud when it comes on but not in front room so prob just needs a belt. Otherwise all was great and wonderful. Location also great.”

”I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me.
Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

”The location was great! Nowhere on the listing did it mention that major exterior renovations were underway. Our mountain-view room was completely blocked by scaffolding, and we were on the fourth floor. There was also a $ 25-a-night parking fee that was unexpected. The room was dimly lit; combined with the natural light being blocked by the scaffolding, the room was very dark. Unfortunately, I can't cancel the room I booked in October without losing out on $155. I have never had a negative...

”We recently stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the bed... I do not think it had been updated since the property was built (20+ years). The mattress had no form and was lumpy and squeaked. It was so bad we decided to leave in the middle of night and drive home because neither of us could go to sleep.”
