”We loved staying here again. It is in a great location by a marina and is walking distance to the Canal Park ship canal, shopping and restaurants. The property is very well maintained, the staff is cordial and professional and the breakfast is the best we've gotten while traveling.”

”We have stayed once previously and were very happy with the accomodations both times. Breakfast was good with ample selection. Facitity was very clean and easy to get to. Very happy.”
”We would stay at this property again. Beautiful view of the harbor and of the lift bridge. Property has some great outdoor areas for fire and making smores. Hot tub and sauna. The only reason I gave condition of property a 4 was because the room we chose had a patio door to be able to sit outside and the door was broken. They did give us a $100 gift card to go to the hotel restaurant Silos, which was great and the food there is pretty amazing so that did help the situation.”

If you're aware of the seasonal prices around Duluth this time of year (summer/tourist season), you know how expensive it can be to stay there. Anyway, we decided to give Force on 5th a try because it was coming up as one of the least expensive places to stay on the weekend we were there. We were pleasantly surprised with the place. It looks like it's a newly renovated building. Our room was nice. Everything was new, the bed...
”Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return. ”
”The hotel room is gigantic and has many industrial finishes (the entire hotel is built in an old Duluth warehouse, right in the heart of the waterfront plaza full of eating, breweries and night life! Hotel parking lot was full of cars that did not have parking permits, probably going to get towed however we had to wait around to get a spot. Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. Lots of patrons were staying because of weekend weddings, so mixed clientele of families and couples.”
”I really liked this hotel. Very welcoming and relaxing. Staff were also very nice. Bed was soo comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. They even had a cool arcade and their own bar and bakery. The Lyric bar was delicious. I loved the mashed potatoes most of all! ”
