”We asked for handicap. We did receive first floor. The air conditioning on high cool when first arrived-9pm. It was cold in room. We turned heat on- there is no regulation on cooling or heating- so then hot in room. The beds are very firm, hard on back.
The breakfast was wonderful all items- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. That was the very best breakfast served. Area is in a quiet area. ”
