ParkStage: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

Todo en el hotel estuvo bien, a excepción de la vista, me tocó una habitación con vista a un vertedero y en horas de la mañana de escuchaba como tiraban todo y nos despertaron.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. We booked a two-night stay and checked in to find our room was 86°F with no functioning air conditioning. After contacting the front desk, we were told the hotel's chiller had been turned off and were offered a fan. Maintenance later confirmed that the AC had been intentionally shut off at the owner's direction and could not be turned back on. None of this was disclosed before we checked in and paid. The room was unbearably hot, the windows couldn't be opened, and my traveling companion experienced health concerns due to the heat. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we had no choice but to check out within 2–2.5 hours and book another hotel at nearly double the cost. Despite never staying overnight, the hotel only refunded one of our two nights, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy. Management was supposed to contact me but never followed up. Extremely frustrating experience, especially considering the lack of communication and unwillingness to provide a full refund. I would strongly recommend confirming that the AC is functioning before booking this property.
