”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”

”Stay away...very poorly operated... understaffed...2 housekeepers frantically trying to make rooms ready... working beyond 5pm. We were given a room that was a pig sty...not cleaned...not ready. Given another room...no toilet paper....short towels. Overheard guests at the desk given card keys that didn't work....no working lights in bathroom...most common areas at this hotel were dirty and unpresentable.”

”Walked off elevator to the smell of Marijuana all throughout the 2nd floor hallway. The smell remained the entire 2 day stay.”

”Ricky was great and fixed our leaking toilet and helped with supplies, The other guy was terrible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The hotel is old and needs a major overhaul. Breakfast bar had old bananas, 2 cold cereals, mini waffles and canned gravy with biscuits. (I took my own food for breakfast). The mattresses are SHOT so you will have a back/hip ache. The best thing was that Ricky was nice, helpful and had a nice smile.”

”The parking structure is shared with other businesses, and only certain parking spots are designated for The West End guests. However, the staff did not provide any guidance about which floors the designated parking spots are located on. We were assigned to Room #216, which is next to the laundry room, even though other rooms appeared to be available. I could barely sleep all night because of the noise from the laundry room.”

”Good breakfast selection, clean room. Overall clean place. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is a little small so keep that in mind when traveling with kids, but it was a nice pool!”

”Very clean, friendly staff. My key fob broke and I couldn’t lock my doors and nobody messed with my stuff all weekend. We added an additional day. I will definitely stay again!”
