Upon arrival, none of the outdoor lights were working and I was dissatisfied bc I arrived at night. I did mention it to the front desk. However, my room was spotless, water is hot. It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog.
