”Nice spot in Casale, easy walk to downtown. The room was comfortable and large. The sheets were soft, and the pillows were great. Breakfast was also great, with lots of options. All in all, a very pleasant stay. ”

”Generell ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kostenloses Parken, guter Fitnessraum. Großer Innen Pool. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant im Hause. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind auch grundsätzlich sehr gut ausser so sachen wie verkalkte Duschköpfe und kaputte oder alte Dichtungen im Bad an und um die Dusche herum. Maintenance ist generell eher schlecht auch die Gerät im Gym sind zum Teil kaputt und benõtigen Reparaturen oder ersatz!!”

”The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very tasty. Marco, the owner, was a very nice guy. He offered Ibuprofen when he knew that I had an unexpected pain and that the pharmacy nearby would open late. Highly recommended.”

”Loved this hotel, almost a home rather than a hotel. We had a HUGE room and large, but narrow balcony. Set in extensive grounds with pool (closed when we were there) and with tennis etc. Breakfast was modest but good, Dinner was very good. But arrived when everything was closed so couldnt get lunch or dinner so had to find food elswhere.”

”4 star hotel? Never, maybe a 2 stars. First we got a room that was clearly a smokingroom: there was a ashtray and it smelled. Then we asked for another room and got a room next to it: again a smokingroom, or it had been. Man at the reception was rude when we asked another room. And he clearly knows what rooms has the cigarette smelling problem(those were at the older side of the hotel) so why not change the room clearly? Well the new room had antz and we asked if there is some bugspray for...

”We stayed three nights. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, so the voices from the neighbors could be heard well. The pool area is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok, except on Saturday morning it was quite poor. The staff is absent, not very friendly and does not speak English except a few words if necessary. The restaurant was made into an old greenhouse, which is a nice looking place. Nowhere is the restaurant's opening hours stated, and we didn't get lunch...

”Hotel is about three km from nearest metrostation without any means of transportation except hotel shuttle. No taxis visible anywhere near. Place is surrounded by highway and fields, nothing to do or see nearby.”
