Acron Villas in Paros was a major disappointment, and I would strongly advise against staying there. While the property has a great location, views, and pools, the villa itself felt old and poorly maintained. We you pay a lot of money you expect more. We encountered numerous issues, including chipped paint, broken bathroom handles, clogged shower drains, and a dangling light fixture to name a few visible things. As a self contained villa, kitchen was also poorly equipped with a knifes that didn’t cut, no chopping board or ice cube trays, and only one tea towel.
However, the biggest problem was the terrible customer service. When we reported that housekeeping had left our villa door unlocked after we went out all day. we were accused of leaving it open ourselves. Instead of a manager coming to address the issue, they sent the same cleaning staff to our villa to handle the situation, which was unprofessional.
The final straw was at checkout when we were charged for a car transfer that was explicitly offered to us a make do/compensation for the earlier problems. When we questioned the charge, they blamed it on a "miscommunication," despite having text messages to prove their offer of how they can make it up to us. The constant miscommunication and blame-shifting made the entire experience stressful. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it.
I hope management take on board this feedback to make their first experience better for future guests.
