The space
Entering the house from the garden you are greeted with wonderful views of the sea over the grand dining table. In the same space on your right are a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, gas cooker and electric oven, a brand new fridge, and a sitting area featuring a couch, armchair, and television. There is direct access to the terrace, so you can choose to dine inside or outside! This space is air conditioned.

On the ground floor, there is a grand master bedroom with queen size bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes, a dedicated workspace with a proper desk with plenty of natural light and a comfortable chair, and an on-suit bathroom with a shower. Air conditoined bedroom.

The utility room with the washing machine is in the corridor and stairs lead upstairs to the second double bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, an on-suit bathroom with a shower, and a wonderful private terrace with great sea views of Antiparos and the sunset! Air conditioned bedroom.

The two additional bedrooms are in the elevated basement area, both are spacious and tastefully furnished with brand-new mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Both have en suite bathrooms with showers, and queen beds but only one of them has a window, the fourth bedroom receives natural light through its door only. All the bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen area are air-conditioned.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful mature Mediterranean garden all around, there are olive trees, herbs, and roses and a wonderful charcoal BBQ area at the front of the house.

The white garden gate opens to a walkway leading down to the seashore to a very private hidden bay, something that only the couple of houses that are in the neighborhood are aware of giving you a privilege of a semi-private pebbled beach on;y 5 minutes walk from your villa.

The roof terrace of the villa is accessible by the staircase outside and offers magnificent views.
