Villa Amaca, in Paros, is located in a very panoramic position, overlooking the blue Aegean Sea, the Golden Beach and Dryos Bay only few minute drive from the sea.
The villa that develops on three levels and has a well-kept terraced garden, is characterized by the typical Cycladic architecture.

The main entrance features a cozy indoor living area with sitting place and a large dining table decorated with contemporary art pieces. There is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a comfortable bar area.
On the same floor there is also the main guest bedroom with twin beds (that can be joined to get a double) and it has access to the terrace with sea view.
The main entrance floor is surrounded by a spacious outdoor terrace shaded by a traditional Greek pergola.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and access to a spacious roof veranda with fantastic panoramic views.
The property’s private infinity pool was built on the lower floor and is surrounded by green trees and a garden with a spacious outdoor pergola and sundeck. From the pool patio there is access to another attractive separate guest bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view.
There is a smaller stone studio on the pool level with a sofa bed turned in twin beds and private bathroom, ideal for teenagers or nannies. The studio can be used also as sitting room of the pool area.
All around the terraces and the pool area you will find hammocks, sunbeds, loungers and many sitting areas are.

Villa Amaca is provided with all kind of comforts such as: A/C in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, telephone line for internal calls, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Wi Fi, garden furniture, terrace loungers, sunbeds, hammocks and it is a very pleasant retreat in Paros, away from the crowd but conveniently positioned not far from one of the most beautiful and long sandy beaches of the island.

Important information:
The minimum stay is 1 week.
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm; Checkout time is within 10.00 am.
The rates are for 8 persons (extra person charge is € 50 per day) and include daily maid service, linen - towels change every 3 days, meet and greet upon arrival.
A Security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
