âThis place made our stay in Merida the best ever! We had a room with a private patio that was superb. It was spacious, the cleanliness was unparalleled, the room had everything you could need-fresh towels and room service every day, tv, blanket, toiletries, coffee AND homemade complimentary cookies! The staff and owners are AMAZING! They will be sure you have the best experience. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks at the restaurant downstairs EVERY night and the food WILL NOT disappoint! OMG!...

âHosts George and Sarah provided a relaxing environment in which to escape the grind of life. Manager Aaron provided helpful information during the checkin process. Lupita greeted us each day with a smile, a clean room and an amazing home-cooked breakfast.
Highly recommended and we hope to return someday soon.â

âOne of my new favorite places! Kuxtal staff was excellent. They were very attentive. When I had to leave early for tour or for my next destination, they made me a to-go box with fresh fruit, sandwich, and juice. They were very helpful. The wifi was perfect. Very comfortable bed and room. I highly recommend Kuxtal for your stay in Merida. â

âVery cozy small hotel. Nice not too small room with a spacious and modern bathroom. Good large bed. Nice having a minirefrigerator and a safety box in the room.
The pool area is nice and cozy. The buffet breakfast was better than in any other hotel we stayed in our 14 days long journey in the Peninsula of YucatĂĄn.
Only bad thing I have to say is that one of the shutters of our room was broken and kept opening by itself.
The location could have been a little closer to the city center but it is...
