”Alessandro was extremely helpful providing guidance on how best to get to the hotel and retrieving items that I'd forgotten. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room. The room and wete very clean and the shower spacious and modern. This property is very well managed and I would love to stay there again when I visit Trapani”

”I visited Trapani with my boyfriend at the end of February and I have to say that staying at La Gancia was a vey nice experience, the lady working there was very nice and she spoke English well and she helped us a lot with finding places and with the taxi and car rental. The other staff was nice as well. Eating breakfast on the inside terrace with a view to the sea was delightful. We were always greeted in a friendly way by everyone working at the hotel.
