”When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. ”The staff was rude. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. ”We travel to NWA several times a year, but this was our first stay at this location, and while we had relatively high expectations for our visit, it greatly exceeded those expectations. From the initial contact with the staff we were impressed with their kindness and professionalism and it continued with every interaction we made. Definitely recommend.”

”Nothing to write home about. Basic accommodations. Bed was fairly comfortable with attractive room. AC and Heating buttons were missing so impossible to adjust. Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would...

”Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.”

”We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. ”
