”Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement.”

”Clean room and helpful staff”

”The location was excellent. Staff and rooms were great, the breakfast basic but filling and tasty”

After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. ”

”The stay was amazing. There are decent hotels for food near by. The stay was overall very convenient. Rana Das at reception is an amazing person. His hospitality is splendid.”

”We would have liked to be able to open the window as the atmosphere in the rooms wasn't good. The staff were lovely and helpful.”

They had their U.S. visa interview scheduled for the next morning, and they were extremely tired due to the lack of sleep. We were highly disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for elderly guests or...
