”There was so much good about this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and so helpful. The valet service was really nice. This was my first time experiencing this service and it was great! To request your car, you simply go to a link that is provided to your phone and it was incredibly easy and fast! The hotel and room was very clean! Which is a big deal for me. I love that there were a lot of "green" things with this hotel. As in environmentally. Filtered water throughout the hotel. Shower...

”The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).”

”The Nashville Reserve is a unique property, being an old bank reserve. The parking is a little tricky, but once you get there, it is fine. Rooms were clean and furniture comfortable, The location is good. We could walk to several sites and it was easy to take uber to other sites. Phillip was very professional and helpful. Offered us late check out and we even got a personal tour of the vault and the plans for it! Thank you Phillip! For a unique experience I would recommend the Nashville...

”This hotel is currently under renovations. Our stay was very noisy and with paint fumes. The room we stayed in was very worn and dated (frayed furniture, broken toilet paper roll holder, beds not very comfortable) Looking forward to seeing the renovations completed. Now for the good: breakfast was great with made to order omelet and the staff were amazing! Shout out to the front desk clerk Cece and our shuttle driver Tony”
