It is part of an exclusive complex of three terraced villas, each featuring a private pool and reserved outdoor spaces. The villa spans approximately 50 square meters and accommodates up to four people.

Outdoor spaces are generous. The private infinity pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, reflecting the deep blue of the sea and offering enchanting view of the historic Castello di Calatubo. Sun loungers, a cozy hammock and an elegant outdoor dining area with gas BBQ invite guests to unwind under the Sicilian sun. An outdoor service bathroom and a hot-water outdoor shower add further comfort to the villa rental experience.

The interiors are modern and refined. A bright open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and a comfortable sofa bed. The elegant design and attention to detail create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. On the ground floor, a fully equipped laundry room and a stylish bathroom with a spacious shower add practicality and comfort.

A modern staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a cozy double bed and a TV provide the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside, guided bus tours, or even a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

The villa is nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, just 4 km from the charming town of Balestrate, which offers essential amenities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and pharmacies. It’s only 3.7 km (a 6-minute drive) from Lido Spiaggia di Balestrate, where visitors can choose between a free public beach or a private equipped area. The stunning Castellammare del Golfo is just 12 km away, offering even more to explore.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles.
