It’s located in a very quiet residential area, just a stone’s throw from the Passignano lakefront and the main amenities. Inside, you’ll find every possible comfort; we’ve even thought of our youngest guests and our four-legged friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for two people in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You’ll have the entire property at your exclusive disposal, featuring a large garden equipped with a sitting area and lounge chairs, as well as a beautiful pergola where you can dine and relax with friends, complete with a brick oven and barbecue. There are spacious shaded areas where you can rest during the hottest parts of the summer.
