”We upgraded as we were looking forward to a arelaving treat for me and my partner. The upgrade was supposedly their best room which was full of cobwebs in the lounge area the bedroom and the bathroom and their dust everywhere and even worse inside the wardrobe it was thick with dust unableto put clothes in their . The furniture was falling apart and pieces missing off bits of furniture also.
After I booked i was told breakfast last call was 10.30 am . We turned up at 9.45 to be told breakfast...

”The breakfast was very disappointing. I usually treat myself to some fresh fruit then smoked salmon and scrambled egg when I stay away from home. None looked appetising so I had a yogurt. ”
