Välttäkää!
Aivan kamala! Huoneesta puuttui tv jonka henkilökunta kuitenkin ystävällisesti järjesti. Kyseessä ei todellakaan ole hotelli. Surkea hostellin kaltainen komplexi. Varasimme ja maksoimme huoneen kolmeksi yöksi, mutta emme voineet yöpyä ensimmäistäkään. Rottia, torakoita, hometta. Patjan sekä sängyn alla liiskautuneita ötököitä ja kuolleita torakoita.

A equipe é inegavelmente gentil. Nós adoramos o pessoal, são doces e gentis. Mas não posso mentir em relação a instalação, é um lugar simples e haviam pequenas baratas no banheiro. Não fazem a limpeza diária do quarto nem trocam as toalhas de banho se você não oferecer uma gorjeta. O restaurante do hotel tem um cardápio ótimo. A localização é maravilhosa, é só atravessar a rua que você estará na praia, perto das ruas movimentadas de Patong cheias de restaurantes e atrativos. Recomendo se não se incomodarem com a simplicidade do estabelecimento.

Fantastisk og fleksibelt personale, ikke det nyeste sted, men generelt et rigtigt godt sted, hvis man bare søger et sted at sove. Kan varmt anbefale dem. Restauranten har et godt udvalg og sen morgenmad er intet problem. Meget godt personale, meget nede på jorden og står altid til tjeneste.

Pas cher, bien situé et c'est tout!!!
Juste le stricte minimum. Hotel pas cher, lit double très confortable, TV, frigo, clim, douche sauf que... La climatisation fuyait donc de l'eau tombait sur le lit, parfois petite invasion de fourmis sorties d'on ne sait où, et TV qui a beaucoup de chaines mais donc la réception n'est pas top (même si on était pas venu pour la TV)... Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes et hotel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied côté des endroits qui bougent et de la plage et des commerces. Attention pas de piscine juste une salle de restaurant Au RDC. (Cuisine pas top)

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. no lift so if u have heavy bags you could end up walking up 3 flights of stairs. Water supply was not great it stopped completely on the third day. AC was not working properly. perfect if you are on a budget as everything is walking distance

One of the helpers Ram went out of his way to make the stay comfortable for us. Rest of the staff was just bodies. Location is phenomenal steps from the beach and a few mins walk to Bangla street. No elevators so if you don’t want to climb to the top third floor ask for the first floor room. Be careful not to spill anything on the bed. We spilled coffee and yes owner charged us 350 bath just for washing. That’s probably more than the cost of a new bedsheet! Overall a bit expensive for the amenities offered. But for the helper Ram and the location rest was ordinary.

Staff is really welcoming and friendly. The room is comfortable enough to rest from a hectic activities. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from Patong beach which is good! The room is actually above a restaurant in which okay if you are too tired to go out and find foods.

DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY
Absolutely horrible, DO NOT STAY HERE. Bugs, tv doesn’t work, couldn’t find our reservation, wanted to keep our passport at front desk, lamps didn’t work, no shower curtain, hair all over bathroom. So disgusting. Wish I never had to lay my head here.

Good hotel near to beach
Hotel staffs are polite and friendly.Its a 24 hrs check in hotel.we have no problem checking in.our room is the quadruple and the children love the size of it as they have individual bed to sleep on. Food are halal but counter bar serve alcohol. Room is always cleaned whenever we return from sightseeing. But there is no lift. Would recommend for family stay.

Best location! Walking distance to Phatong Beach & Bangla Street. Very easy & near to find food, beauty parlor, shopping places etc! It’s just our hotel doesn’t have a lift. We stayed in level 3 but luckily we have Ray (the Manager) to take care all of everything. He help to carry pur luggage during check-in/check-out. He’s the best. Truly recommended! Please look for Ray if you are staying at the Royal Beach Residence! PS: if you ate looking for a good and affordable tailor to custom your suit (men/woman) please Look for Sam (Royal King) 1min walking or Shaz from (Prince Fashion) 2 mins walking from the hotel.

The Past Experience
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with 6 other family members. We stayed on the 4th floor with 3 bedrooms. Checking-in process was horrible. Make sure you're ready to let them hold your passport during your whole visit if you plan to stay here. The water was barely running. We had hard times taking shower. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. None of us would recommend this place.

เข้าไปวันแรกน้ำฝักบัวไม่ไหล ตอนกลางคืนนอนไปไฟดับ แอร์เลยไม่ทำงาน ร้อนมากต้องเรียกคนมาดูให้ กว่าจะได้นอนเป็นชม.วันที่ 2 ตอนเย็นน้ำไม่ไหลอีกรอบต้องลงไปแจ้ง พอน้ำไหลดันขุ่นอีก ต้องรอเป็นชม.ๆ กว่าจะใช้น้ำได้ แต่ยังดีที่เจ้าหน้าที่ก็ยังคอยรับเรื่องและช่วยแก้ไข ถึงแม้จะทำได้เลยบ้าง ไม่ได้เลยบ้างก็ตาม

Dont stay here
The room wasnt available when we checked in even tho we were in time. The staff Said that we would get the room 19:00 but we didnt get it until 20:30 in the evening. They refused to give us a refund or even help us with a better option. Staff argue and yelled at customers Would never recommend this to anyone. Read other ratings aswell.

L'hotel ne ressemble en rien aux photos. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures sur les murs et le lit est très inconfortable . Très cher pour ce que c'est en Thailande . En plus , nous sommes arrivés à 11h am et il était impossible de procéder au check-in. Nous avons du attendre à 2h pm , et il demandait plus de 300 baht pour nous la donner tout de suite .

Haben das hotel für eine Nacht als notunterkunft genutzt und für mehr war es wirklich nicht zu gebrauchen. Was mich am meisten ärgert sind die Bilder, die auf keinen Fall zum Hotel gehören.

Rooms were exactly what we thought - very clean 180 degree view over Patong. We could see the sea from our 4th floor hotel. The courtyard we had on the 4th floor was also private so when we'd put the children to bed we could sit out there (with a fan!!) Eldest son complained there was no lift but it was the only bit of exercise we got all holiday. We purposely chose a hotel without a pool, so it suited us fine - other guests used the pool two doors down. 20% discount on food which was all good - husband claimed it to have the best Pad Thai in Thailand. Superb stay

Not at all like the description. Not good...
This was the worst hotel we stayed in on our month long trip through Asia. In fact, it was so bad we left after the first night even though we had paid for 5 nights! We booked a "two bedroom apartment" unit. When we arrived, they actually put us two next door rooms with a little kitchen area between them that was right off the main stairwell and just behind a sliding glass door. Not only was it basically open to anyone on the stairs, it was not air conditioned so you would never spend any time in there. The bathrooms consist of an open shower sprayer on the wall next to the toilet. The floor was wet from leaking connections at the toilet and the walls and ceiling were covered with mold. Hot water didn't work in one of the rooms. All of the beds in Asia are pretty firm, but these beds were like sleeping on plywood. They had a top and bottom sheet, but no blanket. I'm not sure where they got the photo of the room they use on the website, but it was nothing like the photo. There are no views of trees or beaches...this hotel is above a restaurant surrounded by other taller hotels. It is SO noisy that you are not going to sleep unless you are medicated...heavily. There was no offer to refund the 4 nights I didn't use. I would not suggest staying here. I spend 60+ nights a year in hotels and I'm not really picky. This is the worst I have stayed in anywhere....US, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Europe.... wow....just wow.....

Right in the middle of the Patong business district. Close to everything. The mattresses were infested with bed bugs. The whole family was covered in bites. Had a leaking pipe in bathroom so we had to empty the bucket daily and a lot of cracked tiles on floor. The towel rack wasn't attached to the wall either. Ian and his staff were extremely pleasant and always said hello by name. They were lovely people but it was an Extremely cheap hotel so if your on a budget and don't mind getting bitten this place is for you.

The only good thing about Hotel was the location, it's pretty close to the beach, 1 min waking. However the room condition didn't satisfy us. The air conditioner was poor, very small fridge. The worst thing about the hotel room is that the outlet. When I tried to charge my computer or phone, it almost burned my charger, the electricity was coming out. My charger started to smell so bad. Most of the time I couldn't charge my phone so I had to go to downstairs. The were two guy staffs who were very helpful and kind however there was a girl staff who was extremely rude, didn't want to help us at all. Whatever we ask she says "no!" "Can't" I think that girl shouldn't be working there, she made our journey aweful.
