The servicing of the rooms, the towels were a disgusting grey color (should have been white) only had 2 towels no hand towels or face washers. no mini bar or milk to have with a coffee. The surrounds were untidy and dirty.

Not a bad resort. Breakfast is good, location is good. Was a bit noisy with street sounds and some partying but removed enough from Patong that it was quiet in comparison. The room could have used a dusting and deep clean. The outlet by the bed was just a hole in the wall where the plug should have been and had years of dirt built up. The bathtub had a lot of mystery stains that could have been removed with a good cleaning. Slightly run down and needing a fresh coat of paint on the outside. Spa services are good but a bit more pricey than some amazing massage places within a block radius. The road outside is very chaotic and difficult to cross, so felt like a game of chicken. The beach directly out front is a bit dirty and not the greatest place for swimming. If you want a beach vacation, not the most practical location. A few of the beaches in the area are a bit rocky/ lots of coral to step on and not ideal for swimming.

Der Fußboden wurden nie gewischt, sondern nur mit Besen gefegt. Im Bad wurde das Waschbecken nur oberflächlich abgewischt. Die Fliesen im Bad waren noch von den letzten Gästen mit Seifenresten verschmutzt. Reinigung des Zimmers meistens erst nach 17 Uhr. Das ganze Hotel ist nicht im saubersten Zustand. Von Deluxe-Zimmern kann da wohl nicht die Rede sein. Es gab zu wenig Fächer für Kleidung. Meerblick war nur durch Elektrokabeln zu sehen und ging auf die Durchgansstraße, wo es sehr laut war. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sich wegen des Lärms auch nicht aufhalten. Das Hotel liegt zwar am Meer, aber zum Baden nicht geeignet. Man muss mit einem Shuttle zu einem anderen Strand fahren, wo man baden kann. Das Hotel ist zweigeteilt, so dass man vom Haupthaus zur etwas größeren Anlage mit Pool über eine Straße gehen muss. Es gibt auch in der direkten Umgebung kaum Auswahl zu Restaurants, so dass man immer auf den Shuttle oder Taxi angewiesen ist um in das Zentrum von Patong zu fahren. Fast täglich spielte ein Gitarrist und Sänger immer die gleichen Lieder, die eher traurig waren, das uns nicht zum Bleiben einlud.

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick wurde extra teurer bezahlt. Leider wird die Sicht durch viele Stromkabel getrübt und die Straße vor dem Hotel ist stark befahren. Zudem drehen Motorrad Fahrer gerade nachts die Motoren so laut auf, daß man kaum schlafen kann. Baden kann man am Strand gegenüber dem Hotel auch nicht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut. Schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Ruhig, sauber, praktisch und leicht zu finden, neben der Hauptstraße, gute Anbindung an viele Strände in der Nähe, schöne Aussicht, guter Service. Gutes vielseitiges Frühstück. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt's jede Tag eine Fressmeile wo man günstig Essen kann. Die Poollandschaft ist sauber und schön.

Was a nice place to stay. Good shuttle service but as there are no specific shuttle times, it would be good if you could follow their location on an app so you’re not standing around waiting for an hr for them to turn up. Room - was upkept well by housekeeping but room smelt very musty and is quite old Restaurant- is fantastic and food is well priced with a very extensive menu for all. Breakfast buffet was great too Negative was the extremely unacceptable false advertising in their pictures. This is NOT on the beach and on a really busy road with ocean across the road

This a nice property with a beautiful pool and excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a nearby convenience store among other small businesses. At night, a long row of street food carts sets up across from the hotel with many options. It is a quiet area out of the busy part of Patong. The one drawback of the hotel is that it is not directly on Patong beach and is about a 10 to15 minute walk to the beach. The hotel also has a regular shuttle to take you to the beach or there are taxis in front of the hotel.

I had a beautiful, relaxing time here. It was clean, safe and staff friendly. Nice quiet end of Patong but a free shuttle (or cheap grab or a walk) into town which isn’t too far. Room service was good and super quick!

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was too dark and we had a problem having no hot water which got sorted quite quickly. Location is good. Tuk tuk service was good too. The pool was awesome. Restaurant food was very nice too. We would recommend this resort.

Resort was well located with easy access to Patong and tourist sites. Check in was very poor but later reception staff were helpful. Toilet leaked when flushed, shower temperature was too hot then cold and not consistent. Power shut off at least 4 times during our stay (1week) and TV reception was not consistent with HBO channel often not available. Air conditioner overflowed spilling water all over the floor - but was rapidly repaired once reported. Suggest a regular timetable for shuttle bus which is advertised to guests rather than sitting and waiting until the next one came along. Also a folder in the room with instructions for how to use TV, lights, telephone and information about the resort and facilities.

The bed linen and pillows were the only standout. The pools were good and well maintained. The whole place needs money spent on it. Am sure it was excellent accomodation a long time ago. We found it sadly neglected and in need of renovations here and there. Covid possibly has contributed to this.

The public indoor areas were filthy/unhygienic the filth in the kitchen area stopped me from eating pre paid breakfast.Our balcony railings were covered in reptile faeces.We had holidays there 13 years ago and loved it. To toyota off no reliable Wifi.

La struttura sconta una mancata riqualificazione e migliorie nella parte camere ma non solo. La posizione e’ ottima rispetto al caos di Patong, l’insieme a vederlo e’ bello ma se non intervieni con adeguamenti andrà sempre peggio. Il personale e’ gentile e disponibile ma si vede che molti sono inesperti e non attenti, probabilmente tutto viene anche dagli ultimi 3 anni molto difficili, ma si deve intervenire o non può che peggiorare. Sarebbe un peccato perché ribadisco che le basi ci sono tutte😊

An OK stay.
The location is fantastic. The customer service was decent as well. However, the pool bar & swim-up bar were not open while we were visiting. That's a bummer. There was not enough staff for dinners at the restaurant, we were told no for many of the food items on the menu. Also, our rooms just didn't seem that clean. The bathroom was not either. The grout could use serious cleaning or re-grouting. I think it could be a great place with some updating.
