”This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. ”Vietimme neljä yötä erittäin siistissä hotellissa. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Aamupala oli eri erinomainen, hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin auttavainen ja ystävällinen. Hotellin ulkouima-allas on hyvä ja allasalue sopii erittäin hyvin auringonottoon. Hotellilta oli helppo tehdä päivän retki Etnan pohjoiselle puolelle. Hotellin sijainti on hieman kaukana ja oma auto on tarpeellinen. Autolle on hyvä paikoitusalue.”

1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily.
2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic!
3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely!

And the proprietress was lovely. We went to a wine tasting first at Gambino Winery 7 minutes away which I highly recommend. This was the perfect location for that. We left in the morning for Taormina which was an easy 35 minute drive. we are a family of Americans figuring it out as we go. This part of our trip went very easily...
