”Their breakfast was tiny prepackaged muffins and cereal bars. Ran out of coffee and never made more and it was only until 9:30 on weekends which they do not tell you when you check in. Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps ”

”On my first day, I witnessed a domestic dispute involving an unclothed couple in the hallway, with front desk staff pursuing them. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the television, the room phone, and the alarm clock were all non-functional, leaving me unable to contact the front desk for assistance. ”Ok alue Laurelissa, motelli oli nuhjuinen mutta siisti. Ei ötököitä. Aamupalaksi muroja, leipää ja kahvia. Sänky mukava, ilmastointi ei käyttökelpoinen mutta emme sitä tarvinneet.
