”The toilet was not working and I asked to be moved to another room…. A bit uncomfortable”

”Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

”The amenities and the facilities were great”

”Bad odor in room; outdated furniture; coffee with no creamer or milk. Only sweetened coffemate for whitener.”

”The Inn was very clean. The location was ideal for trips into DC. The neighborhood was quiet. The breakfast needed to be restocked sooner.”

”Bed was very comfortable and price was low for DC area. So 3 stars for that but door lock hardly worked, coffee packets were forgotten second day so minus 2 stars. Overall 1 star because it was very convenient for my move.”

”The biggest problem at this hotel the parking fee that does not give you a designated parking space. I think it should not be a FEE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A SPACE FOR MY CAR EACH DAY THAT I STAY THERE. I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEXT TRIP TO THE AREA.”

”Ok alue Laurelissa, motelli oli nuhjuinen mutta siisti. Ei ötököitä. Aamupalaksi muroja, leipää ja kahvia. Sänky mukava, ilmastointi ei käyttökelpoinen mutta emme sitä tarvinneet. Palvelu ystävällistä ja alueella uskalsi liikkua myös iltaisin. Hiljainen yöllä joten sai nukuttua hyvin. Lähellä Baltimore ja Ellicott City.”

”I knew I booked the wrong hotel when there was bulletproof glass at the check-in desk. Rooms were filthy and the whole area felt unsafe.”

The room was relatively clean, but we encountered several problems--a sink that backed up during the night, bugs in the bathroom, and a group of construction workers hanging around outside our room until late in the night. When we came back from having breakfast at a restaurant, our room keys didn't work. The staff member at the front desk remedied the problem. ”Refrigerator knob is broken. Plug refrigerator into wall outlet everything in the refrigerator freeze. I reported the issue to the front desk.”
