”Beautiful hotel and the room was clean and well stocked.”

”The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.”

”I am a history enthusiast about SC. I liked the location for convenience to the annual Gullah Festival and waterfront. The bed was comfortable but the need to change out the pillows is a must because the filler was in bug balls and required constant shaking for comfort. Parking- great. Convince to shopping and restaurants- great”

I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. The walls had smears, there was tape on the ceiling, and the dust on the lamps and towel shelves was thick enough to carve. The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo...

”my feet were black no trash cans no ‘ do not disturb’ sign. asked for trash can 3 times, was told there should be 2 in the room. The night before we left we got 1. dust on top of small refrigerator sad it has not been kept up. it is closet to Parris Island and they have graduation weekly, so this place gets many visitors just for that reason. Evens smells musty, not fresh needs fresh paint. better cleaning.”
