”Great location right on Lake Erie. Walking distance to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Our room seemed to be more humid on the inside than outside, leaving the floors damp and the room smelling a bit musty. When the neighboring room guests were smoking outside of their room, we could smell it inside our room.”

”Staff was amazing! They were friendly and went above and beyond whenever we had a concern. The room was very cute but the ac is missing a dial and is not labeled. The bathroom vent was not working so unfortunately they look like they're starting to get mold in the restroom. The facility was very clean otherwise. They have a washer and dryer on site and sell soap. Plenty of vending machines on site.”

”The door had no latch plate in the door jam. The only thing holding the door closed was the hole in the jam so the door rattled all night. The floor was buckled in front of the bathroom. There was paint on the floor. The TV did not work. At least the sheets were clean.”
