”The location of this house is great, we were able to walk most of the time we stayed here. Off street parking was a bonus as events downtown filled up the street parking. The two separate spaces on this property would work out great for two couples traveling together, that want their own space. Todd was a very responsive host. ”

”No detail was overlooked in this rental. All the kitchen, cooking accessories you could ever want in a vrbo. Very clean, super soft towels. Snacks, drinks, and cold water were thoughtfully left for us. Made our traveling experience so much easier, I wish all vrbo were like this one. ”

”Tastefully appointed and surrounded by nature, it's perfect for a getaway from the city for two lovebirds or a small family - thanks to the sleeper sofa in the living room. Also a big plus for being pet-friendly so you don't have to leave your fur child behind. Access to the property does involve a short distance (800 ft) of unpaved road and heeding the tip for driving from Jeannette will help, especially for us city folks.”

”We went for a weekend getaway. The house was so cute and decorated well. Everything down to the shampoo, creme for your coffee, blankets for outside was available and convenient. Loved the swing and rocking chairs. Bathroom shower was large, clean and bright white. Even had robes. Set off smoke detector when I was cooking. No fan in the kitchen or on the oven. Only downside. So close to shopping and good restaurants. Walked everywhere. ”

”This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was the perfect location for our trip nothing was too far for us to do! The home was clean and stocked with everything you could need! ”The cottage is comfortable and supplies pretty much everything one might need. I suggest a separate trash can for recyclables. Also, cushions for the dining chairs would be great if you're spending time working while at the cottage. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rebook. The backyard is so big and spacious, our pups were in heaven! The house is very clean, comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities, and great location to downtown. We are frequent VRBO renters and this one checked off all the boxes for sure!
