”Staff were friendly and helpful some rooms were a little tiered as I ended up saying a extra night so had to rebook and change room breakfast was the best thought it let the hotel down as the bacon was smoked not everyone’s choice, potatoes where soggy as sweeting in the hot plate warmer, scrambled egg was just wet mosh and no flavour. One positive is they serve breakfast early, ”

”It's a nice property but the parking lot is not obvious. Furthermore, if you do park there, you need to walk quite a distance around the building to check in at the front desk. It's not convenient. Hotel employees can enter from a rear door facing the parking lot. Why not residents too?? We ate dinner on property and it was good enough. Not excellent, but good”

”Lovely break away overnight for me and sisters birthday had lovely time all staff very welcome and friendly. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast was good choice to choose from. Room was excellent bed very comfy and looked out onto trees which was lovely seeing birds and squirrels couldn’t have asked for a better night away. Having mobility issues i found no problems with getting around hotel with walking aid . Thank you for a lovely stay . ”

”Was very pleased to discover this hotel. Beautiful building, room was as good as the other hotel group we normally use. Small points to mention, towels are small, and we had no soap in the bathroom, toilet seat was dirty, had to wash it before I could use it. Otherwise very happy with our stay, will definitely use again.”

”Perfect location to visit Hull Uni. Parking available. Room was Ok but one ceiling light was not working. The bathroom was clean but needed some t.l.c. Bedroom was a good size and clean. good facilities. bed mattress was too soft for my wife and I but comfortable. Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit.
