”Facility appears “worn” with carpet needing to be replaced in hallways and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was OK and staff there were very friendly and helpful”

”Bed was comfortable. Parking definitely was the main issue. Spots should be allocated for guests who are staying in the resort and separate from those who just patronize the casino and grounds. Not offering at least coffee in the lobby free for resort guests was unfavorable as well.”

”The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.”

”We were coming in for a soccer game so we decided to stay closer. Loved how pool stays open till 11 so we could get in pool after we arrived. It’s heated but you will need to ask them to turn it on. It was a bit nippy. Very pet friendly which wasn’t a favorite of mine but glad our room didn’t show any signs of pet ware or smell like pets/smoke.”

”Overall we had a good stay. We had an issue with an appliance but staff acted quickly and got us a new one as well as changed a lightbulb that we were not aware of.”
