This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo boasts beautiful ocean views and is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Cambridge 203 will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath with duel vanity and separate shower and large tub.
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath with shower tub combo.

As for the location, you can't beat it. This was our second stay in the same room. Beautiful views of the ocean and the balcony overlooks the pool as well as providing a front-row view of the sunrise. Issues with the room: same tv that was broken last year was still broken this year, they only provided the trash bags that were in the cans, one dish washing tab, no dish soap, no hand soap, half a roll of paper towels, and one extra roll of toilet paper.. to split between 3 bathrooms. I asked for extras and it didn't come for 2 days but when it did, they opened the door and sat a trash bag on top of our shoes that contained 2 rolls of TP, a couple of trash bags, and some bath bar soap. We almost threw it away because it looked like trash sitting by the door. The hot tub was out for the entire stay with no ETA given. We were told we could use the one located at the other side of the property but after packing up the car and driving over, we learned they were down as well. Normally, this would not be an issue but my elderly mother uses the hot tubs to continue her therapy while away from home and that was a huge reason we booked the place again. After calling the front desk, she gave us the passcode to get in the fitness center where a working hot tub was found. They then called to say that the hot tubs were working again but not ours. The room was nice but definitely needs a deep clean. There are spider webs in the bathroom and dust on the ceiling fans and vents. Hot water iffy.

Good but could be much better

The location was excellent. The condo needs a good deep cleaning. The fans and air vents are caked with dust and the floors throughout were so dirty that the bottoms of my 2 year old grandsons's feet stayed black. The mattress in bedroom #2 was awful. It was shot! Please replace bedroom #2 with a decent mattress and deep clean the condo and it will be a magnificent place to stay!

Beautiful 3BR, 3BA condo on the beach, overlooking pool.

This property is definitely vacation-friendly! It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A few steps to the pool and beach! May need some upgrades, like the mattresses and bathrooms, but otherwise it was well equipped.

Great view but very dirty!

This unit has a great layout but is very dated and was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sticky tables, crumbs, cobwebs, hair in bathtub ... YUCK!! Complained and was told cleaners would be sent. No one ever called and no cleaners. Would not return to this unit.
